Claire Holt is officially off the market!
The actress is engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Matt Kaplan, and she took to Instagram on Monday to share the happy news with her fans.
"Yes," she wrote alongside a sweet snapshot with her fiance and her new engagement ring.
The 27-year-old stepped out with her man on Tuesday afternoon, after announcing the good news, where she gave us a better look at the classic sparkler.
The former CW star announced her decision to take a break from "The Vampire Diaries" spinoff show, "The Originals," early last year, saying she had to focus on her private life.
"I made a life choice, not a career choice," she told BuzzFeed at the time, explaining why she needed to spend time with family, rather than be away on set.
"This show has been so amazing for my career, and I've had such unbelievable material," she added. "It was just never my intention to be away from home this long."
"It was a tough choice that I didn't fully make it right up until the end, because I was enjoying myself so much. But three seasons later, I realized I hadn't been home to Australia in years, I hadn't seen my family, and I hadn't spent time with the people I loved," the blonde beauty continued. "But I want to make it so clear that this show has such a special place in my heart. I am so glad I was able to do The Originals, and I want to be a part of that family for a long time."
She returned to the show at the end of last season though and currently stars on NBC's "Aquarius."
