The Lamas-Richie family has a new addition!
Shayne Lamas and husband Nik Richie welcomed their second child earlier this month via surrogate -- and the pair are now parents to a healthy baby boy.
The baby, who's name has not been released yet, was born on July 4th and weighed in at about 6 pounds, 4 ounces. A family source revealed to Closer Weekly, "the new bundle of joy arrived via natural water birth and everyone is happy and healthy."
Shayne shared a photo to her Instagram followers of her new bundle of joy as she cuddled with him and her 3-year-old daughter Press.
"Queen Princess Prince one love.- sdlr," she said of the sweet photo.
The 29-year-old previously revealed the identity of her surrogate as her stepmother Shawna Craig, who is the fifth wife of her father, actor Lorenzo Lamas.
"Somebody else carrying your baby is weird. But I lost my son, and now Shawna is carrying my son," Shayne told the mag. "I have just been given the biggest blessing in the whole world and I will always be grateful."
Last year, the star lost a baby boy at 20 weeks after a rare uterine rupture. Doctors performed emergency surgery but the couple's son, whom they later named Rex Jagger, was growing outside her uterus and couldn't be saved. After having an emergency hysterectomy, Shayne found out she could never have kids again.
"Shawna's not my stepmother, she's like my soul sister,” Shayne gushed. "I look at her like an angel that blessed my whole family, including my father."
