The women of "Little Women: LA" are ready to show some skin!
Briana Mason, Jasmine Arteaga Sorge, Christy McGinity Gibel, Brittney Guzman, Tonya Banks, Elena Gant and Terra Jole stun in some new promo art for Season 3 of the Lifetime reality series, which returns July 29.
Sporting a collection of retro bikinis and one-pieces, the women put their fit physiques on display in the summery shots -- and while they look confident as ever, some of them admitted they were nervous about the shoot.
"I was [nervous]. When we actually knew that its gonna happen, I thought, 'I'm not really ready for it,'" Gant tells toofab. "What I can recommend to people who do not like their shape right now, just put a lot of sunless tan and the darker your skin looks, the thinner and slimmer your body appears. That's what I did. [And] it's a little bit of Photoshop."
"Thank god for airbrushing," echoes McGinity. "[They told us] a week ahead and I just about s**t my pants. They should have told us four weeks, I would have been starving myself!"
For Jole, the shoot same shortly after she welcomed first daughter Penelope.
"Yes [I was nervous], especially since I haven't lost all the baby weight and I'm still focusing on getting healthier," she tells us. "With a newborn baby, you don't have a lot of time to work out. I was very nervous, I was like 'Does this mean two-piece? What are we working with here? Can I bring a sarong?' I'll take a one-piece any day!"

"Little Women: LA" returns to Lifetime with an all new season on Wednesday, July 29th at 9/8c, followed by the season premiere of "Terra's Little Family!"
