Josh Flagg's not concerned about his competitors!
The "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" star opened up about the new season of Bravo's real estate reality show while chatting with toofab's Brittany Kyles, where he dished details on his celebrity clients, his longtime partner Colton Thorn and his "MDL" costars.
Check out the video above to see what he had to say about working with Hollywood's finest and if he's ready to take his relationship to the next level!
While Flagg's sold homes to a slew of celebs, he prefers working with us regular folk.
"The funny thing about when a celebrity buys a house is usually the business managers or the attorneys do the deal," he told us. "The celebrity will come in one time, usually in the beginning, to look at the property and then they just disappear. And the manger and/or lawyer takes care of everything else."
It sounds like working with celebs may be more difficult as well.
"The business manager is usually there to prove themselves to the client," he revealed. "They're usually trying to pounce their chest and make the celebrity feel that they are working really, really hard for them. But, at the end of the day, they're making their lives a living disaster because it's a lot easier when you or I come into a house and do a normal escrow."
Josh also says he's the the top-selling real estate agent in Los Angeles ... despite what his costar Josh Altman would like to believe.
"Right now, I became the number one sales person in volume. So from January to August I was the number one person and number two in actual numbers," he boasted.
"I don't think anyone on the show is competition," he added when asked about his "MDL" costars.
It definitely looks like the boys of LA will be bringing the drama this season, too. In a sneak peek of Season 8, Flagg's still reeling from the death of his grandma, Altman is trying to work things out with his on-again-off-again fiancee Heather Bilyeu and British brokers Davis Parnes and James Harris are determined to take over the market.
We can't wait to see what goes down this season when "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" returns at a special time Wednesday September 2 at 9:00 pm ET/PT.
