Kim Zolciak is throwing it wayyyyy back!
The "Don't Be Tardy" star took to Instagram on Monday to share a throwback photo with her daughter, Brielle, at just three days old.
"Crazy!! Me and @briellebiermann 18 plus yrs ago!!!! Brielle was 3 days old!" she captioned the sweet snapshot with her baby girl.

While she's admitted to getting a tummy tuck and breast lift in the past, the "Dancing With the Stars" newbie recently made headlines when she slammed reports that she's had a "full facelift."
Kim took to Twitter to address the rumors, calling out the "top doctors" that made the seemingly-bogus assessment. "This is ridiculous! Top doctors my ass," she posted at the time. "I have not had surgery on my face period!!!!"
This wasn't the first time the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum shot down rumors that she's had work done to her face.
The mother-of-six shared a side-by-side profile photo of herself, her baby girl, Kaia, and 18-year-old Brielle to debunk any rumors that she's gotten a nose job.
