"Mom" star Allison Janney had the Internet abuzz when she kissed this hunk after her big Emmy win last night. So ... who is he?
The 55-year-old actress attended the awards with her 35-year-old boyfriend Philip Joncas, a production coordinator who worked with Janney on the film "The Way Way Back" in 2012.
It's unclear how long the two have been an item, but they first popped up on the red carpet together at the "Minions" premiere in June. He also joined her on the red carpet last night, the two holding hands as they posed for photos.
The two held hands backstage as well, photographed below at the Chase Sapphire Preferred Blue Room.
According to Phil's personal website, he's from Lowell, Massachusetts and attended Catholic University of America, where he graduated in 2003. He has his own graphic design business and later studied Film in Corcoran College of Art and Design.
Janney shared a cute photo of the two after last night's festivities. In the candid pic, Janney is seen holding her heels as they wait for their car. In Philip's hand: A bag of McDonalds.
