The actress was spotted on the set of "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter" in South Africa this week, where we got the first full-body glimpse of Alice's new getup for the highly-anticipated horror flick.
Sporting a tank-top, hooded jacket, harness, skin-tight black pants, leather gloves and some combat boots, the banged-up 39-year-old looked more than prepared to take on the undead after welcoming daughter Dashiel back in late March.
Milla was joined on set by Ali Larter, Eoin Macken, Fraser James, William Levy and Japanese model Rola -- who, along with costar Ruby Rose, have all been sharing photos from behind the scenes all month.

Constantin Film will produce Resident Evil: The Final Chapter. Director, Paul W.S. Anderson, who wrote the screenplay, will shoot the film on location in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
"As the only survivor of what was meant to be humanity's final stand against the undead hordes, Alice must return to where the nightmare began – Raccoon City, where the Umbrella Corporation is gathering its forces for a final strike against the only remaining survivors of the apocalypse," a press release announcing the start of filming revealed earlier this month.
"In a race against time Alice will join forces with old friends, and an unlikely ally, in an action packed battle with undead hordes and new mutant monsters," the release continues. "Between losing her superhuman abilities and Umbrella's impending attack, this will be Alice's most difficult adventure as she fights to save humanity, which is on the brink of oblivion."
Filming of "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter" was delayed after its star became pregnant.
"Between the stunt work and what will become my ever-expanding belly, we didn't think pregnancy and zombie killing are the best combo," Milla said when she announced she was expecting.
We're glad to see her back in action! The film won't hit theaters until January 2017.
