Tia Mowry is shutting down her haters!
The actress has been plagued by pregnancy rumors for months now -- and decided to put an end to the speculation during an interview with HuffPost Live, where she got super candid about her body.
"I am not pregnant, I am just happy. I've gained these extra 10, 15 pounds because of my cooking show," she told host Nancy Redd. "Honey, I eat my food! I'm just enjoying life and, when I want to drop the pounds, I will, but right now I'm happy with who I am."
The "Tia Mowry at Home" star took to Instagram four months ago and addressed her body critics with a straightforward post which featured a photo of a pregnancy test that read, "Just fat".

"FYI. For all the people that think I'm pregnant. I'm NOT just enjoying life and eating and cooking some great food! Thanks:) again I repeat I AM NOT PREGNANT!" she captioned the photo.
During her new interview, the mom-of-one revealed that while the comments hurt, it opened up a bigger discussion about how society needs to be more accepting, especially when it comes to women's bodies.
"It is a form of body shaming, I will say that, and it's pretty unfortunate," she said. "And the reason why I say that is because I think that we live in a society that is so obsessed with being perfect … Why can't we just be us, you know?"
"We need to be more supportive with body images, especially with women, showing that all sizes are beautiful," she added. "And I'm talking about in magazines, advertisement in regard to what's sexy and what's not sexy. We all need to be a little more supportive of each other. I think if we start there, we'll see a difference."
