Angela "Big Ang" Raiola can hardly contain her 36J-sized boobs when she slips into her plunging black gown before son Anthony Donofrio's, wedding to Gabriella Celestino.

In an exclusive clip for Friday's episode of "David Tutera's CELEBrations," the "Mob Wives" star gets so excited about seeing her soon-to-be daughter-in-law's gown, she almost exposes her breasts to the entire room.

"36J! 36J ... for Jesus Christ," Tutera exclaims after seeing Ang's impressive cleavage. "Wow, you look amazing," he says while making an "OMG" face to the camera.

To create their dreamy day, the famed party planner creates a design with petal pink, white, cream and gold colors with crystal accents for a combination of romance and elegance.

"It was important to infuse tradition and sophistication throughout the entire space," Tutera told PEOPLE back in September. "I used lots of candles to add to the romantic ambiance."

The couple's family and friends are treated to old fashioned cocktails and pink martinis during cocktail hour, and they enjoy bruschetta salad, chicken scaloppine and wild mushroom and white truffle risotto at dinner.

"I truly didn't know what to expect going into this celebration, but I instantly felt like a part of Big Ang's large and loud Italian family," Tutera said.

The special soiree ends with a bang, of course, as David surprises the newlyweds with a ride in a Lamborghini.
