Looks like Scott Disick has really moved on from Kourtney Kardashian.
On Monday, E! News confirmed that the reality star is dating Swedish model Lina Sandberg, six months after the 32-year-old and the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" first split.
"She and Scott have been seeing each other," a source tells E!. "They had been trying to keep things under wraps and are surprised that it got out."
Kourt called it quits with her boyfriend of nine years after the dad-of-three was spotted getting super cozy with another woman while on vacation in July. The pair share kids Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 1.
We've been seeing Scott show remorse for his actions on "KUWTK" -- and watched an emotional Disick break down in tears on this Sunday's episode, admitting he's contemplated suicide.
Clearly, a lot of time has passed since filming and both Scott and Kourt are getting on with their lives.

As for his new lady, the model is quite the looker judging by her various photos and selfies on her Instagram page -- including one where she shows off her flawless bod in a red hot two-piece!
