Carrie Underwood just proved she's a very good sport when it comes to making a fool of herself on national television.
The country superstar stopped by "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Friday to promote her latest single, "Dirty Laundy," where the talk show host couldn't help but embarrass the hell out of her guest.
First, DeGeneres reflected on how it was the 10th time Carrie's stopped by the set, sharing a cringeworthy photo of them back in the day showing how bad both of their fashion senses used to be.
Then, it was time for a BIG surprise, as Ellen had someone dressed as Underwood's husband, Mike Fisher, jump out from the coffee table and totally scare the heck out of her.

Seth Rogen even got in on the action, challenging Ellen to find a way to make Underwood do the Chicken Dance during their interview.
The "Neighbors" star was tasked with giving the talk show host a secret phrase to work into her conversation with the "American Idol" alum ... and he didn't make it easy.
"I don't know her at all, she seems totally lovely," Rogen explained. "I want to see if you can get her to do something, physically. My instinct was for you to say, 'Now I hear you're great at the chicken dance, we have no music but now's the time to show us.' I want to see if she does it."
