So long, cellulite!
Kim Zolciak did a very Beverly Hills thing during her recent trip to Los Angeles: she visited a plastic surgeon.
The "Don't Be Tardy" star teased her visit to Dr. Simon Ourian earlier this month, sharing a photo of herself leaving the office with the caption, "You know I had to get those cellulite dimples perfected."
On Monday, however, she took her open book approach to social media even further, posting a video of her getting the procedure done. In the clip, she's laying booty-up on the doctor's chair, as he injects her rear end.

"Had to make a stop by @simonourianmd1 office last week while in LA! I can't believe how much better my little dimples look," she captioned the video. "I'm sooooo excited. No negative Nancy's please I love to share my 'secrets' with you guys. I do it because it works and It makes me feel better about me."
She included the hashtags #OneCelluliteDimpleAtATime and #ByeDimples.
The mother-of-six previously had the procedure done back in August as well, once again sharing video on her Insta page.
The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum has no problem sharing her "nips and tucks" with fans. She's also been open about her tummy tuck, plumping up her lips and getting her a boob job.
