Kayla Rae Reid has one hot bod ... but there was a time she wasn't too happy with her surgically-enhanced curves.
The former Playboy model isn't ashamed of her Miss July 2015 centerfold spread -- but, looking back, there's something she wishes she could change about the pics: her DD chest.
"The one thing I wasn't proud of was that I had a bad boob job. They were just way too big for my body. They were completely Playboy, rock-hard [breasts]," Ryan Lochte's fiancee tells the New York Post. "I wanted small, kind of saggy, pretty [breasts]."
After the spread came out, she went back to her plastic surgeon and got her implants reduced to a more natural-looking size this past winter.
The 25-year-old model met her fiance shortly after, while the two were both partying at Hollywood hot spot Bootsy Bellows in January.
"We physically ran into each other. We grabbed each other's hands and were looking into each other's eyes. We clicked," she says of their meet-cute. "I had always heard he was a player and a partier. I always said I would never date an athlete. When I met him, he was the complete opposite of everything I thought he was."
The two got engaged this October, with Reid announcing the news on Instagram.

"I never pictured myself married to anyone,," she says now, reflecting on her beau. "I just never imagined that. He's so romantic. He leaves me love letters all around the house. He is a softie. He's sensitive and thoughtful."
No word yet on when these two say "I do" -- think they'll make it work?
