Milo Ventimiglia recreates his memorable "This Is Us" push-up scene with Ellen DeGeneres on Tuesday's episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."
In the clip, Milo dishes about his fit physique, which prompts Ellen to ask about last Tuesday's "This Is Us" scene where he does a push-up with his on-screen son Lonnie Chavis (young Randall) on his back.
"You are a fit guy," Ellen says to the "Gilmore Girls" alum. "When I'm hugging you, you're like solid!"
Behind-the-scenes, Milo says he and costar Sterling K. Brown (adult Randall) recreated the scene to see how many push-ups Ventimiglia could do with a grown man on his back.

"We could do some push-ups here if you want to," the 39-year-old stud says to DeGeneres.
"I'd love to do some push-ups," the comedienne responds. "I'd love to get on your back to do a push-up!"
