Candace Cameron Bure officially departed from "The View" just one day after announcing that she'd be leaving the ABC gabfest.
"Today is officially my last day. I will miss all of you," Candace said on Friday's episode. "They've all told me I'm welcome back anytime, and I would love to come back. So, I won't be a stranger."
Bure said a desire to spend more time with her family prompted the touch decision. The actress had been splitting time between Los Angeles and New York in order to shoot "Fuller House," as well as Hallmark Channel projects.
Co-host Paula Faris told Candace, "I just want to say, it's been so great to have your perspective. I know you speak for a lot of people in this country, and I know the show is committed to making sure that that voice is still heard at the table. So, thank you for bringing what you uniquely bring to this table. We're all gonna miss you and we love you."
Flame-haired Joy Behar asked if Candance enjoyed her time on the show.
"Very, very much. I have learned so much. I'll take it with me forever. Listen, this show is legendary, and to think I have been a part of it is really incredible," Bure said.
Bure's exit comes on the heels fellow panelist Raven Symoné announcing also left the show back in October.
