Liam Payne is dancing through colors in the video for his first solo single, "Strip That Down" featuring Quavo of rap group Migos.
The former One Direction band member debuted the single just over a week ago, and while he teased some shirtlessness on social media, he remains fully clothed throughout the clip.
Payne has been incredibly vocal about his new music, even comparing his solo sound to that of his former bandmates Zayn Malik, Naill Horan, and Harry Styles who all similarly released songs in May.

"It is very sad because One Direction was a wonderful, wonderful time in all of our lives.," Payne said. "It was like uni, but on steroids. It was mad. It was madness. It was so much fun. I don't understand how you can come out of that experience and say the things that he says sometimes. It doesn't make any sense to me, but there you go."
Payne also told multiple radio outlets during the press tour for his new song that he just isn't into Harry Styles' hit "Sign Of Times."

Payne has not yet confirmed whether or not he is working on an album, though he has said that he has a number of pre-existing songs that could become his first solo album.
