Kendra Wilksinson is living it up in Sin City right now for a stage show on the strip, but leaving her family behind for the summer wasn't an easy move.
In an exclusive sneak peek at Friday's new episode of "Kendra on Top," the reality TV star settles into her temporary Las Vegas digs before saying goodbye to her husband Hank Baskett and their two kids together, Hank Jr. and Alijah.
As her hubby and children help her move into her gorgeous suite, Hank gives his wife a special present: a framed family photo he knows he one of her favorites.

View Story"This is the perfect thing to leave her with so she can always know that her family is here for her," he says before he and the kids load into their car to head back to California.
Though they all plan on visiting throughout her stay in Nevada, it's still an emotional goodbye, as little Hank Jr. starts crying.
"Saying goodbye to the kids right now and Hank, I just feel this knot in my stomach," Kendra says in a confessional. "This is a huge change for me and then. It hurts."
Wilkinson is currently starring in the show "Sex Tips for Straight Women from a Gay Man" at Paris Las vegas.
