"Stranger Things" fans naturally assumed Eleven would re-emerge from the Upside Down in Season 2, and now we know how.
Netflix released a new clip at MCM London Comic-Con on Monday, showing the beloved character (played by Emmy nominee Millie Bobby Brown) discovering a small portal opening that leads back to school we saw her disappear from in the Season 1 finale. Still wearing her signature pink dress and denim jacket, she uses her mind to expand the portal so she can step through and return to the small Indiana town -- where all Hell will likely break loose in Season 2.
"She's obviously grieving from being away from Mike," Brown said at Comic Con International. "It's a big climax this season for Eleven and you'll learn a lot more about her, and it's gonna be very exciting, very unpredictable. You don't really find out what you want to find out, but then when you find out, you like it."
'The New Mutants' Trailer Takes X-Men Into Horror Movie Territory
View StoryBut given what was teased in the final trailer released last week, it seems Eleven doesn't reunite with Mike right away, since she is seen running around Hawkins in disguise and grabbing the Eggos Chief Hopper (David Harbour) left for her in their special hiding place.
"Stranger Things" returns to Netflix for Season 2 Oct. 27.
