Although "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kandi Burruss was not present to witness Kenya Moore accuse Kim Zolciak of "pimping out" daughter Brielle Biermann during their latest explosive fight, she thinks the entire exchange was "very unnecessary."
During a recent interview with TooFab, Kandi said she watched the drama unfold on TV like the rest of us and thought Kim shouldn't have made comments about Kenya's marriage because Kenya has a tendency to "hit below the belt." Kenya's response to Kim claiming her husband, Marc Daly, "didn't exist" was: "Worry about pimping your daughter out, bitch."
Kandi Burruss Will 'Never Be Friends' With Porsha Williams, Phaedra Parks After That 'RHOA' Reunion (Exclusive)
View Story"I thought it was very unnecessary," Kandi told TooFab of the feud. "I don't feel like Kim should've even been coming at Kenya because Kenya's one of those types of people that, if you come for her, she's gonna give it to you, and she can sometimes hit below the belt a little bit. At the end of the day, if you set yourself up for it, what do you expect?
Kandi added that she doesn't "ever see them being friends again any time soon."
Another storyline this season is NeNe Leakes' drama with Porsha Williams that sparked after NeNe told Andy Cohen during an interview that she didn't think Porsha should be part of the franchise.
But Kandi doesn't think either one is to blame, telling TooFab, "They both have said things about each other, and I guess they just have to decide if they're gonna keep saying things about each other. They've both taken jabs at each other at different times. Who cares about going back through every moment they said something about the other? They just have to decide if they're gonna be cool."
Kim Zolciak on That Kenya Moore 'Pimping Your Daughter Out' Moment in 'RHOA' Season 10: 'She Is Not a Good Person' (Exclusive)
View StoryKandi's been relatively of out of all the drama so far this season, and she said -- for the most part -- that that won't change.
"Praise the Lord!" she said laughing. "I'm not really as involved in the drama. I feel like I had enough drama last season to last me a good while, so I wasn't as into it this year."
During Season 9's explosive finale, Kandi confronted Phaedra Parks about her role in spreading a vicious rape rumor she had been combating all season long. The rumor was that she and her husband, Todd Tucker, said they wanted to drug Porsha to take advantage of her. Porsha revealed during the reunion that she first heard about the rumor from Phaedra, who claimed she heard it from Kandi firsthand. Phaedra was subsequently fired from the Bravo reality show.
