Whoops! Everybody In the Kardashian Family Forgot to Tell Scott Disick Kim Was Having Another Kid

In a sneak peek at Sunday's new episode of the E! reality show, Kourtney's baby daddy discovers just how out of the loop he is when it comes to family developments.

The clip starts with Disick and Kim Kardashian standing in her planned nursery for Baby No. 3. The problem: Nobody told Scott she and Kanye West were even expecting another kid.

"I'll be quite honest," he says, interrupting Kim's chatter about decorating. "I don't even know what this room is."

"Nursery," Kim says. "So like the little open tub, crib--"

"For another baby?" Scott responds, totally confused. "Do you really think you need to worry about redoing these cabinets if this is going to be a nursery for a kid you don't even have?" He then asks, "Are you pregnant?"

This stops Kim dead in her tracks, equally confused as he is at this point. "Is this a joke? Do you not know we're having another baby? Scott, we're having a baby in like a couple of months!"

"Are you serious?" he asks. "Dead serious. I swear," Kim replies.

Realizing she doesn't look like she's in her third trimester, he then asks if she's carrying the child. "No, I'm not. We went the surrogacy route," Kim replies. "I never had this conversation with you? I swear I'm not joking with you. Scott, I swear I'm not joking with you."

"I don't know what's going on anymore," he says.
