Heather Locklear has been arrested again.
The former television star was taken into custody just after midnight on Monday at her Thousand Oaks home in Ventura County.
Locklear was arrested for misdemeanor battery against a police officer and an emergency personnel, TMZ reports.

Locklear is said to have punched the responding officer, who was attempting to take her away from family members.

The star was first taken to a hospital and was later booked at the local jail.
