Liam Payne and Cheryl Cole have called it quits.
The former One Direction singer announced the end of their relationship on Twitter Sunday in wake of multiple media outlets reporting this past spring that the relationship was on the rocks.

View Story"Cheryl and I are sad to announce that we are going our separate ways," Payne tweeted. "It's been a tough decision for us to make. We still have so much love for each other as a family. Bear is our world and we ask that you respect his privacy as we navigate our way through this together."
Bear is the former couple's 15-month-old son.
Cole, who judged "X Factor" after rising to fame as a Girls Aloud singer, shared a similar statement on social media Sunday.
