It was a confusing and scary moment at the close of the Beyonce and Jay-Z concert in Atlanta Saturday night as a man from the crowd made his way onto the stage and followed the couple backstage. Within seconds, the entire dance crew was running after him.
In various videos released by fans at the event, the man, wearing black shorts and a white t-shirt, simply walked up some steps and onto the stage as Beyonce and Jay-Z were disappearing into a doorway at the end of the show. The music was still playing and the dancers were doing their thing as this guy just weaved through them and made his way to the door.

View StoryIt seemed to take the dancers just a few moments to realize what was happening. But then, like a military strike team, they all turned and ran after the man. It's not completely clear from the available footage, but it looks like he was stopped before he made it into the backstage area.
"At the end of last night's show, we had an intoxicated male enter the stage," the tour told CNN in a statement on Sunday morning. "At this point, we had a controlled evacuation of all crew on the stage in order to safely defuse the situation. We are happy to confirm that nobody was hurt during the incident, and Mr. & Mrs. Carter are choosing not to press charges against the individual."
"We would like to thank the hard work of our tour security who effectively restrained the individual and all of our dancers and team who handled the situation so professionally," the statement added.
