Husband Chris Siegfried, meanwhile, has a harder time sharing his feelings.
It's confession time on "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars."
On Friday's new episode of the WE tv series, "The Bachelorette" alums Desiree Hartsock and Chris Sigfried enter a confessional, separately, to share their biggest fears and concerns about their relationship.
While Desiree has no problem expressing what's going through her head, her husband clearly struggles.

View Story"I want to be able to tell Chris when I'm not feeling sexy or not feeling appreciated," Hartsock says into the camera, as Puma from "Black Ink" listens where a priest would normally be.
When the camera cuts to Siegfried, he's got nothing. "I'm having a really hard time right now coming up with a confession," he admits.
Desiree, meanwhile, starts crying as she continues to purge her emotions.
"I'm a new mom and I don't want to get lost in that role and I don't want to lose his interest as his wife," she says through tears. Later, speaking directly to camera, she adds, "I don't want to find my identity just in my son, it feels good to actually say it out loud."
After some serious consideration, Chris finally comes up with something too.
"I fear that if I can't be there for Des, emotionally, physically, and grow our relationship, I'd be afraid of losing her in that situation," he says.
See what the rest of the show's cast -- including Pauly D and Aubrey O'Day, Kim Richards and Wynn Katz, Puma and Quani and "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" stars Momma Dee and Ernest -- confess tonight when "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars" airs at 9pm on WE tv.
