The "Teen Mom OG" star, who announced on a recent episode that her and Tyler are currently living separately, clapped back at Instagram trolls Friday after fans claimed the couple were divorcing as a result of the trial separation.
"YES we are having a 30 day reflection time," she wrote in a note she posted on Instagram, and then deleted. "NO we are not getting a divorce! YES I know what I put him and nova through when I left for treatment! He was AMAZING and supported me the whole time! I also knew I had to go so I wouldn't commit SUICIDE. I am supporting what he wants now! WE love each other and ALWAYS WILL!"
The reality star, 26, captioned the screenshot, "So my family would of been better off if I just took my own life? NO! Now GOODBYE and I'm done explaining myself! #loveyourself #loversandfriends #myhusband"
Catelynn, who suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder, has went through treatment three times to overcome anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts. She most recently checked herself into rehab in January to seek help for "childhood trauma."
The MTV personality and Tyler have been having trouble in their relationship all throughout the current season of "Teen Mom OG." The couple, who have been married since August 2015, share daughter Novalee, 3, and previously gave birth to Carly, 9, who the couple gave up for adoption during "16 and Pregnant."
Tyler, 26, also offered his two cents about the couple's unique living situation while appearing on "Mojo in the Morning" radio show on Friday. The father of two revealed that although the couple aren't living together, they still have frequent movie and dinner date nights. When they are separated, Tyler explained that he and Catelynn both "dive into therapy."
Catelynn, who called in, added, "I think like, we've been seeing a couple's therapist and things like that and I've even asked Tyler like, 'Do you think things are getting better?' Cause I feel like things have been shifting and changing and he's agreed with me."
