Gisele Bundchen made a lot of changes back in 2005, and that included giving Leonardo DiCaprio the boot after five years of dating.
The supermodel and Oscar-winning actor began dating in 2000, but after Gisele started having increasingly intense panic attacks, DiCaprio was one of the many things she said goodbye to as she began a new chapter in her life.
