Emotional Paris Jackson Sits on Kathy Hilton's Lap to Wish Her a Happy Birthday

At her 60th birthday dinner on Wednesday night, Kathy Hilton hugged an emotional Paris who sat on her lap. No, not that Paris.

Paris Jackson was on the verge of tears as she wished Paris Hilton's mom a happy birthday at Mr Chow in Beverly Hills.

The 20-year-old was among the famous faces at the intimate girls-only dinner, along with Kathy's close pal Kris Jenner, half-sister Kyle Richards, and daughters Paris and Nicky.

Each of them delivered speeches praising the popular birthday girl, but it was Michael Jackson's only daughter who appeared most moved by the occasion.

"I love you and I hope you'll always be here because I want to be with you," Paris cooed, as she sat on her knee.

"I love you and you mean so much as a friend," she continued, before diving in for a tight hug, which was reciprocated by a clearly touched Kathy.

Paris Hilton also gushed over her mom, but managed to maintain her composure.

"I love u so much, you're my best friend, you are everything, I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for you. You've the biggest heart in the world,' she said. "You're so funny, you're so generous, with your time, with your laughs. I literally I don't know what I'd do without you."

"You're so hot, you've the best genes," she continued to laughs. "All of your friends are so gorgeous, everyone loves you so much, you have this ray of light that shines through you."

Jackson has had a rough few weeks; her late father's legacy has come under the microscope since the release of the HBO documentary "Leaving Neverland," in which two men — Wade Robson and James Safechuck — allege they were sexually abused as children by the singer.

Law enforcement told TMZ on Saturday she was hospitalized for an attempted suicide; Paris denies it was a suicide attempt.
