Farrah Abraham documented her butt injection procedure ... again.
On Friday night, the "Teen Mom" alum posted two clips on Instagram showing how she's getting her rear end "ready" for Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, the popular music festival that begins next weekend.

In the videos, Abraham chronicled her entire experience getting injections at a Las Vegas clinic. The reality star wore a skimpy bikini and smiled for the camera in the clips, as a nurse injected her buttocks with a dermal filler.
"We're having a blast!" Abraham said at one point in the clip, while the nurse massaged her butt.

This is the second time the "Ex on the Beach" star recorded herself getting similar enhancements. In April 2018, the MTV star received major backlash when she allowed her then-9-year-old daughter Sophia to watch and film the procedure.
"We are putting sculpture in there and we are just smoothing it out -- keeping it normal, keeping it natural with our regular collagen, not any extra fillers," Abraham said in the clip last year. Her daughter was seen holding up another cell phone in the background, appearing to shoot the reverse angle.
Quite a few of her fans were outraged by the video at the time, leaving comments like, "She's setting her up for a life of therapy," "What is more disgusting??? You being a mom or the type of person you are?" and "Call CPS." Other commenters called Abraham "sick" and "disgusting."

View StoryAlthough Abraham's daughter wasn't present in Friday's videos, it's unclear if she was at the clinic with her mom. Many of her followers, however, still slammed the star for getting the work done.
"Having to have surgery to keep you fit at your age is sad....girl stop," one person wrote. "Why are you trying to look like a cartoon character? This is the most ridiculous thing ever. You used to be pretty & unique....now you just look plastic. It's sad," another said.
"Feel bad for that child of hers!" a person added. "And no wonder she is a single mom... who wants a girl so self centered and vain."
