David Spade is on his way to Comedy Central to host a new late-night talk show after "The Daily Show," so Ellen DeGeneres decided to help prep him for all the interviews coming his way.
The "Saturday Night Live" alum has plenty of experience on television shows and in the movies but he's never hosted his own talk show, so this was new ground for him.
Celine Dion Serenades Couple's Vegas Wedding In Amazing Jimmy Kimmel Surprise
View StoryHe did get fresh practice in a late-night sketch when he and Celine Dion helped Jimmy Kimmel crash a real Las Vegas wedding, though he apparently made it very awkward for Celine beforehand.
"Is it like a regular talk show like this or what kind of talk show?" Ellen asked.
"You don't need to freak out," David joked, "It'll be late."
As for exactly what kind of show he'll be hosting when it launches in July, Deadline reports it will include topical commentary and "a rotating group of Spade's comedian and celebrity friends, while also incorporating field segments that mirror his popular Instagram stories."

- Kim Kardashian: "Kim, so this is what you look like in person, okay."
- Jennifer Lopez: "J.Lo, why are you taking a selfie; I'm interviewing you?
- Will Smith: "Tell me about 'Bad Boys 3.' I'm hearing good stuff about it."
- Queen Elizabeth II: "Your lost, Ma'am. I think you're in the wrong room."
- Cher: "'Do you believe...' I'm 74?"
