Don Cheadle Defends 'Avengers' Co-Star Brie Larson After Trolls Criticize Her 'Psycho' Body Language

You mess with one Avenger you mess with all of them.

Don Cheadle (War Machine) proved he's more than ready to avenge his costar Brie Larson (Captain Marvel) against any and all online trolls.

The celebrated actor took to Twitter on Monday night to playfully put out some fires after a bizarre video criticizing Larson began to catch a head of steam among a segment of haters online.

It all began when Mandy O'Brien, a self-proclaimed body language expert, posted a video analysis of a junket interview, where Larson, Cheadle and Chris Hemsworth (Thor) spoke to ET about "Avengers: Endgame." In the clip, O'Brien "analyzed" and picked apart Larson's body language.

Throughout the 13-minute clip, the so-called expert ripped Larson, calling her "unprofessional," "stiff" and domineering, among other things. O'Brien interpreted Cheadle and Hemsworth's sarcastic bantering as "open disgust" and proof they don't really get along with one another. She even claimed Larson was trying to get Hemsworth to "validate" her because she allegedly flashed "bedroom eyes."

At one point in the interview, Larson sat up and tilted her head up slightly. "She is really trying to dominate them," O'Brien said in her commentary. "I guess in her mind, domination equals acceptance ... In reality, submission will get you a lot further in friendship circles than trying to dominate and boss everyone around."'

On Tuesday night, a Twitter user posted the video and called Larson a "psycho." The person tagged Larson, Cheadle, Hemsworth and even Tom Holland, who plays Spider-Man in the MCU. Cheadle noticed the tweet and came to his co-star's defense.

"You should see my 'body language' right now," Cheadle tweeted in response, adding multiple laughing tears emojis. "This is some of the funniest stuff i've ever heard," he added. "brie was trying to keep her ponytail behind her because her hair stylist kept flying in and fixing it. she's actually being OVER accommodating ... amazing ..."

After a person wrote to Cheadle, "I actually like her but you were a little rude by telling her not to touch you :(."

"'Alexa,'" Cheadle joked in response, referencing the Amazon app, "'what is a "bit"...?'" Leave it to Cheadle to set the trolls straight.
