The actress also drops a massive bombshell -- though not a spoiler -- about what fans can anticipate in the final three episodes of "Thrones."
Her onscreen brother Viserys suffered a gruesome fate via a pot of molten gold poured over his head. But Emilia Clarke's real life brother Bennett could have had an even more painful "Game Of Thrones" existence — potentially filming his sister's sex scenes.
The actress revealed on Wednesday night's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" that her sibling was a camera assistant on the HBO series and she had to steer him away from the set whenever the script gets steamy.
"There's some days where he's like, 'Oh I'll swing by,' and I'll go, 'No it's good! I'm good. You can stay there,'" she laughed, when the host asked if he was around for her lovemaking scene with Kit Harington.
She admitted "definitely" he would be the more embarrassed of the two if he ever did have to watch her get it on on set.
Of course, Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow do other things together besides each other on the show, including riding her dragons.
But while riding a dragon is a triumphant and joyous experience for Clarke, it proved to have its own challenges for Kit. In real life, the whole thing is done with harnesses and lots of bulky green pieces of equipment for them to sit astride that will be turned into dragons in post-production. But even that process netted an unexpected problem.
Maisie Williams Shares Funny Video of How She's Feeling After That 'Game of Thrones' Scene
View StoryEmilia opened up about it -- and laughed heartily -- while talking about how wild and crazy it is to film those sequences, and how there is genuine danger involved as they are hoisted quite high in a warehouses to get the right shots.
So, as any seasoned Mother of Dragons would do, she asked Kit how he was doing with this new experience. "He was a little arrogant about it and was like, 'I can do this,'" Emilia recalled. "And then got on and that was when I learned that men riding dragons is like a whole other thing than a lady who rides a dragon ... a little more uncomfortable for them."
She smiled awkwardly as Jimmy Kimmel filled in the blank. "Oh right, because of the human testicles," he laughed.
"Exactly. You can say that word," Emilia said uncomfortably. "I'm just not gonna."
She went on to talk about how she couldn't help but take the opportunity to torment her co-star a little bit. "So he looked really pained," she said. "I was like, You alright? He's like, 'Yeah, I'm fine.' So I was kind of letting the girl who was doing the joysticks know to just -- whenever she felt needed to just mess with him."
Fans Want Maisie Williams to Dump Her BF for Saying This About Epic 'Game of Thrones' Moment
View StoryJust a nudge here can lead to a huge jostle up there, and the King in the North quickly starts to feel the burn. Maybe it was for all those times he complained publicly about how much harder he had it than her because he had to film in the cold all the time.
During the interview, the actress also lamented the fact none of her friends have even bothered to watch the show over the past decade.
"They legitimately don't watch the show," she said. "So they're like, 'Oh yeah, you with the iguanas that you're riding or some kind of--' Nothing. I get nothing."
She then complained that she's gone to all of their plays and supported them in whatever they do, and she didn't even care that she was totally putting them on blast now. Jimmy predicted that after this public shout-out, some of them might decide to tune in after all.
If nothing else, they can see how big the iguanas get.
Arya and Melisandre's Final Conversation Ignites 'Game of Thrones' Theory Regarding Cersei
View StoryFinally, and she slipped it in just before Kimmel wrapped up the interview, Emilia totally dropped a huge hint about the remaining three episodes of "Game of Thrones" ... well one of them in particular.
"Episode five is bigger," she said with no context, but it certainly sounds like she means even bigger than the "Battle of Winterfell" we just witnessed. In fact, her advice for that episode is to "find the biggest TV you can."
