Pastor's Son Sentenced to Two Years in Jail For Raping Three Underage Girls

A 26-year-old pastor's son has been sentenced to 24 months in jail for raping three underage girls he met at his father's church.

Oscar Perez Jr pled guilty to three counts of 3rd Degree Rape of a Child, having admitted having sex with the 14 and 15 year olds.

According to court documents, Perez met the girls at the Spanish-speaking Casa De Restauracion in Washington, where he plays worship music in the church band.

During the summer of 2017, one of the victims told family members she'd had sex with Perez. When police were called she further disclosed she'd met him several times at a hotel for sex.

One of the times, he showed her videos of himself having sex with two other girls — both of whom she recognized.

Police arrested him and seized his phone for evidence, and encouraged any other victims to come forward.

Perez was originally charged with a fourth count of rape as well as possession of child porn, but both were dropped as part of a plea deal.

According to Local12 News which covered the case, the 24-month sentence, which was agreed to by attorneys on both sides, is a fraction of the standard 60 month sentence for third-degree child rape.

One of the victims spoke before the court and wept as she described the pain she has lived through since the incident, adding it had impacted her entire family, the site claimed.

The courtroom was packed with supporters for Perez, who apologized to the victims and their families, and became emotional as he was led away in handcuffs after sentencing.

His attorney said he would need to be deported as a result of the felony convictions.
