Josh Altman will sell a murderer's home -- but he won't sell a victim's.
The "Million Dollar Listing" star said "we'll have to see" if the purchase of one of the Manson murder houses was a good investment.
"It's a hell of a story," he said after musing for a moment. "Houses with stories always get more money than houses without stories, so we'll have to see."

View StoryThis week "Ghost Adventures" host Zak Bagans snapped up 3301 Waverly Drive in Los Feliz, the address where the Manson Family killed Leno and Rosemary LaBianca, the night after the Tate murders.
Altman claimed that while a home's horrid past can add to its value, there is a difference between the previous owner being the killer or the killed.
"It depends; was it owned by a murderer, or were they murdered in the house? I don't mess with murders in the house," he said.
"But if the murderer who owned the house murdered outside the house -- it's negotiable."

View StoryThe reality realtor also weighed in on President Trump's recent appraisal of the "disgusting, rat and rodent infested mess" that is the city of Baltimore.
"Hey you know what? Some of the most disgusting places in the world have turned into the most trophied property," Altman declared.
"So if it's disgusting now, then you should go buy it. Because I can guarantee you in ten years it's not going to be disgusting — it's going to be expensive."
