She also spills on tabloids, sex with her husband and which drug she's never tried.
One of the best things to come out of Denise Richards' debut season of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" was the revelation that ex-husband Charlie Sheen brought a hooker to her house on Thanksgiving. Now, we're learning a little more about the hilarious anecdote -- and how Denise's lovable father reacted when he learned their surprise guest's occupation.
Appearing on the Daddy Issues podcast with hosts Dean McDermott, Adam Hunter and Nicky Paris, Richards was once again asked about the incident -- and even though she previously said Sheen wasn't "super happy" she mentioned it on the Bravo show -- she had no problem diving right back in again.
Richards explained that she "felt bad" when Charlie showed up and left his date in the driveway. "He told me, 'Hey, I want you to know so and so's here, don't worry she's going to be in the car in the driveway while we eat dinner,'" she said.
"I'm like, I cannot have her sitting in the driveway," said Richards, who then invited her in for dinner. According to Denise, she and Charlie told their daughters that the woman was the assistant of another friend who joined them. They also didn't immediately clue in her father, Irv.
"My dad was seated next to her and he came up to me while we were all talking and stuff and said, 'I think there's something not right with that woman,'" Denise explained. "I go, 'Oh okay, why do you say that?' He said, 'I keep trying to talk to her and she just doesn't say anything and I'm being friendly, making conversation.' I'm like, 'Dad, dad, she's a hooker, don't ask her any questions.'"
"He's like, 'She's a hooker?!'" Richards continued. "I said, 'They don't always dress in fishnets and lingerie, dad!' And he was like, 'That was nice of you to invite her in for dinner.'"
It really was, wasn't it?
Here's What Denise Richards Revealed About Charlie Sheen on 'RHOBH' Reunion
View StorySpeaking with the cohosts, Richards also said her job opportunities dried up a bit following her marriage and subsequent split from Sheen.
"Back during the show I did at E!, I had to do that, I had too many legal bills with my ex husband," she said. "He said he wanted to bleed me dry and he did, those legal fees add up quite fast. It was difficult for me to get a job back then because I was perceived as doing something negative with Charlie, so that was very hard when you're misunderstood and you want to keep your personal life private."
She added that it was "awful" to be in the tabloids so much at the time, saying, "You don't realize how much your personal life can affect your professional life." Richards said it was a "big wakeup call" for her and following the divorce she "worked really hard and was able to continue acting."
Regarding the two daughters she and Sheen share, Denise said she has been open with them about some of the stuff they'll see about their famous parents online, but not everything.
"Some of the stuff I'm honest with them. They had heard that I was in Playboy," she explained. "I didn't even think they would know what that is, so having to explain that kind of stuff. I don't think they want to know certain things either, so they've heard bits and pieces."

View StoryRichards and McDermott then bonded over their sex lives, as both of them said they get down with their significant others every single day.
"We're never too tired for it," she said. "I think it's important to be very connected and especially after you have kids too, a lot of times parents are tired and if you go too long without that, mom and dad have to stay intact."
Dean then noted one way he and Tori Spelling spice it up is by using CBD oil lube in the bedroom. "I'm not into THC," said Richards, who added she doesn't smoke marijuana at all.
"I've tried it twice in my life," she said. "I've never done cocaine. I've seen it. My dad put the fear of god in my sister and I when we were little and told us if we ever did drugs, we'd get kicked out."

View StorySpeaking of Tori, Denise also reacted to Spelling wanting to appear on "RHOBH." During an interview with Jenny McCarthy earlier this week, the "BH90210" star said it "actually makes me really sad" she had never been asked to join the show.
"I think she'd be fantastic," said Denise of the idea. "I think Tori would be so great on the show."
You'll be able to see both Denise and Tori on the new season of "BH90210," which premieres Wednesday night on Fox.
