Cohen confronted Lewis, as well, about not reaching out to him after the birth of his son, Benjamin, last February.
Jeff Lewis has a bone to pick with Andy Cohen.
The "Flipping Out" star confronted the Bravo king on a recent episode of "Andy Cohen Live" over jokes Cohen made about wanting to date Lewis' ex partner, Gage Edward.
Here's Why 'Flipping Out' Star Jeff Lewis' Two-Year-Old Daughter Was Expelled From Her Preschool
View Story"Once in a while, you will say, you know...You used to joke a lot about wanting to date Gage," Lewis said on the show. "Or going out with Gage."
Cohen quickly replied, "I know, and I stopped the second that you broke up."
"You actually did not," Lewis hit back. "You kept going with it. And I just want to tell you, actually, you said it recently."
Lewis, 49, -- who hosts his own Sirus XM show, "Jeff Lewis Live," which airs on Cohen's Sirius channel, Radio Andy -- then brought up a story where Cohen apparently joked about bringing Edward to a recent work event. If you recall, Lewis and Edward split back in February after 10 years together. The former couple share a 2-year-old daughter, Monroe.
"You did mention something about bringing Gage, and that did hurt my feelings because, you know, it was different when we were dating and you would joke, but now that we're not together, and it was a tough breakup," Lewis said to Cohen. "So I just wanted to say that I prefer you not to say that."
Cohen, who seemed genuine, apologized for the remark, "That's so interesting. I'm sorry that I did because it was in my mind that I had stopped the second it was over," he said. "But I guess I didn't."
Lewis seemingly accepted Cohen's apology and said, "You can't help yourself, but you're like me so it's okay. I overlook it." To which Cohen replied, "I know we have similarities in that way."
The late-night host assured the reality star that although he made jokes about asking out Edward, he would never actually do it. "That would be diabolical," Cohen said.
"No, I know that it is a joke and just after someone breaks up, it's no longer a joke," Lewis replied.
Cohen then decided to confront Lewis about not reaching out to him after the birth of his son, Benjamin, last February.

"Are you kidding?" Lewis quickly replied. "I even asked about sending a gift, and you said, 'Absolutely don't send me a gift, because I've received thousands of gifts.'"
"I definitely did not want a gift," Cohen said. "But you didn't reach out. Look at our text history."
Lewis took a quick pause and replied, "I am so sorry if I didn't, but you were always in my thoughts and I did ask to send a gift." He then admitted, "Okay, I'm going to be honest with you, I was a little shocked when I found out you had a baby. You were kind of the last person on earth that I thought, at this stage, would have a child."
When Cohen asked Lewis if he was upset he didn't learn of the news sooner, Lewis replied, "I have a big mouth, I can't keep a secret, I understand why you wouldn't tell me."
He added, "I was just surprised that you were having a child because I feel like doing it on your own is so brave, and it's not something I ever would have been able to do on my own...I never would have had Monroe if Gage wasn't by my side."
Luckily, it looks like Cohen and Lewis have cleared the air...for now.
