The yet-to-be-named newborns arrived Nov. 8, just shy of a year and a half since they lost their daughter Emeline, who tragically died at 19 months old in a drowning accident.
Morgan expressed to the publication how friends and family have offered their congratulations on the birth of the twins, while also remembering Emeline.
"It's been really special because everybody celebrates this with us but they also at the same time remember Emmy," she said. "And that makes it special that she's not forgotten."

Back in June 2018, Emeline died after drowning in a backyard pool in the Coto de Caza neighborhood of Orange County, California. Although Morgan performed CPR on her daughter, she passed away in the hospital the next day.
Four months later, Morgan, who was pregnant when Emeline died, gave birth to the couple's third child, Easton.
The former model opened up about her family's journey when she announced she was expecting twins last August.
"Losing a child while pregnant was the most confusing experience of my life," Morgan began in a caption of a photo of her and Bode's kids sitting under large, gold balloons. "The conflict of emotions from what was pure joy turned to guilt and terror overnight. How could I love this baby the way I loved Emmy? Was it okay to love this baby the way I loved Emmy?"

"It felt like by loving my son, I was trying to replace her," she continued. "The fear of birthing my son and what that meant .....a monumental step forward....proof that time continued without her when all I wanted was for time to stop. But let me say this....I couldn't have been more wrong."
Morgan expressed that Easton provided the family with an "even closer bond" to Emmy. "The moment I heard his cry, something sparked back alive in my soul," she wrote. "Hope. Love. I'm not sure. But in that moment, I knew I was Mom and my kids deserved the world from me. Everything was going to be okay. My joy and grief could coexist."
Morgan and Bode also share 4-year-old son Nash Skan and 13-month-old son Easton Vaughn Rek. Bode has a son Samuel Bode, 6, and daughter Neesyn Dacey, 11, from previous relationships.
