After Simpson was acquitted, Caitlyn claims one of the Kardashian girls said, "Well, I told you he didn't do it."
Before O.J. Simpson was put on trial for the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman, both OJ and Nicole had close ties with Robert Kardashian and Kris Jenner. Caitlyn Jenner was married to Kris at the time of the murder and, during the latest episode of "I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here," reflected on that "very difficult" time in their lives.
"I saw Nicole two days before she was murdered," Caitlyn explained to costars Kate Garraway and Jacqueline Jossa, "It was Kris's best friend. We were right in the middle of it." She also pointed out that O.J. was the best man at Kris' wedding to Robert, who would then be part of Simpson's defense team.

View Story"It was a bad time for everybody, very difficult," Jenner continued (via Buzzfeed). "This trial was a joke, and when the verdict came down, Kris just turned around to me and goes, 'We should have listened to Nicole from the beginning. She was right.'"
Jenner said she also believed Robert knew whether O.J. really did it, saying, "There's just no way he didn't know." In her book, "The Secrets of My Life," Jenner claimed the late Kardashian once told her he "would've been okay with it if they had gotten [O.J.] in the first trial," adding she thought "the implication was obvious that he believed O.J. was guilty."
After being cleared of the murders in his criminal trial, the "Naked Gun" star was subsequently found legally responsible for the deaths in a civil case, and ordered to pay a $33.5 million settlement, most of which remains unpaid.
"The night the verdict came in, Kourtney and Kimberly ... obviously they loved their father, and they should, and they'd been following this for a year and a half," Jenner recalled. "When they walked in the door, I think it was Kourtney who said, 'Well, I told you he didn't do it.'"

View StoryJenner, however, said she told the girls -- who would have been teenagers at the time -- that "just because he got a 'not guilty' didn't mean he didn't do it." She then told them, "I don't want his name ever mentioned in this house again.'"
During her conversation with her costars, she said that while they went on vacations together, she never liked O.J.. Of Brown, she added, "I liked Nicole and she sure didn't deserve what she got."
Jenner recently made headlines for other comments she made about the Kardashians on the reality show as well. Talking about coming out to her family members as transgender, she said Khloe was "pissed off about something through this whole process" and she really hasn't talked to her in the past five or six years.
According to TMZ, however, Khloe rejects that notion "on several fronts."
