An active duty U.S. soldier -- who was assigned to the USS Columbia, a submarine docked at Pearl Harbor -- fatally shot two people and injured one, before killing himself.
Jenna Jameson and her daughter Batel, two, were not harmed when a U.S. soldier opened fire at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard near their home in Hawaii on Wednesday.
The former adult film star, 45, took to Twitter to tell her fans the fatal incident -- which left two dead and one injured -- happened "right next door" and her and Batel were "safe," adding, "Prayers for the victims."
She also opened up about the harrowing experience with a similar message on her Instagram Stories.

It is unclear if Jenna's fiancé, Lior Bitton -- with whom she shares Batel -- was home at the time.
Jenna then posted a video from her high-rise condo showing military helicopters flying high above the crime scene at Pearl harbor.
"So, lots of military around where we are," she said in the video. "As you know, we live right next door to Pearl Harbor that just had the mass shooting. As you can see, we have lots of military happening. So Pearl Harbor is right there, and I guess it's surrounded by SWAT. I guess three people have died, four people were shot? Super sad that it's so close to home."
