Royal Bump Watch has officially begun -- as Kate Middleton was spotted for the first time since announcing her pregnancy.
The Duchess of Cambridge and husband Prince William were seen leaving King Edward VII Hospital in Central London earlier today after spending several days there with Hyperemesis Gravidarum, AKA acute morning sickness.
Clutching a bouquet of yellow roses, Kate smiled for the huge group of photographers outside of the hospital. But there's no bump to be seen yet, as St. James Palace says she's in the "very early stages" of pregnancy.
She also kept whatever growing belly there could be covered in a cute wool jacket.
