"Dirty Dancing" was the talk of Twitter on Wednesday -- but for all the wrong reasons.
As you may have expected, the three-hour ABC remake, starring Abigail Breslin as Baby Houseman and Colt Prattes as Johnny Castle -- roles famously occupied by Jennifer Grey and Patrick Swayze in the 1987 original -- was roundly mocked by viewers during its premiere.
If you didn't sit down to watch the musical re-imagining of the classic romantic drama about a teenager who falls in love with a summer camp's dance instructor, these reactions may be all you need to see.
Everyone on my timeline is asking why ABC didn't cast better dancers.— Carolyn (@care4volleyball) May 25, 2017

My main though while watching #DirtyDancing last night was how they could've make Abigail Breslin's wardrobe SO MUCH MORE FLATTERING— Off The Deep End (@offthedeeepend) May 25, 2017
