Khloe tells Jimmy Kimmel who knew about the pregnancy before her famous family, and which sister she's been fighting a lot with lately.
Following months of speculation, Khloe confirmed via social media that she was pregnant with NBA boyfriend Tristan Thompson. She's now 6 months along and happy to finally gush publicly about the news.

Who Did She Call First?
"Who do you call first when you find out you're pregnant? Ryan Seacrest?" Kimmel joked.
"He's my second call," Khloe said with a laugh before revealing her first call was to her boyfriend.
The reality TV star said Tristan insisted she was pregnant, so she asked her assistant to pick up a pregnancy test.
"So it was Alexa, my assistant, Tristan and I -- we were the only ones that knew for a few weeks until I was able to tell my family," Khloe said.
How Much Will Fans Get to See?
Khloe said everything from finding out about her pregnancy to revealing the news to her family and friends was documented for their E! reality series, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."
"[Tristan] was out of the country, and we wanted to tell everyone together," Khloe said. "It's actually all caught on 'Keeping Up,' which I'm excited about because everyone -- they get to see all the stuff I was going through without them knowing."
The Crew of 'KUWTK' Knew Before Her Family Did
"So the crew knew you were pregnant before your sisters knew you were pregnant?" Kimmel asked.
"They did, yes," Khloe revealed. "I've known the crew since 2007. We've had pretty much essentially the same crew, and they've been involved in so much -- the best and the worst of our lives."
"And they keep quiet," she added.
Which Sister Is Annoying Khloe the Most?
When Kimmel asked Khloe if she was getting all kinds of advice from Kim, Kourtney and Kris, Khloe smirked and said, "Yeah, and a lot of it is unwanted."
Khloe admitted big sister Kourtney was the one giving her the hardest time.
"Kourtney gives a lot of advice, and I think it's so sweet, but I don't want to do some of that stuff," she said.
Some of the advice Kourtney's given her sister includes not letting the baby have any plastic toys and getting rid of the TV Khloe wants to put up in the nursery.
"I'm like, if someone buys blocks, I'm allowed to have f-cking blocks," Khloe told Kimmel. "Like, let me experience things. It's either her way or no way, so I'm trying to -- it's not what you say, it's how you say it. We've been fighting a lot lately, and we never fight."
Where's She Having the Baby?
Khloe said she's planning on having the baby in Cleveland, Ohio, where Tristan lives and plays for the Cavaliers.
"If he's got a game that night, will he miss the game?" Kimmel asked. "Have you said, 'You better be in that room when the baby comes no matter what's going on,' or is it up in the air?"
"I haven't said that," she replied. "I just kind of assumed that was known. You have to say that?"
Kimmel replied, "Well, yeah, because a lot athletes will not be there because..."
"Hell no," Khlow interrupted. "No. He has to be there."
Who Will Be in the Delivery Room?
Khloe said she was in the delivery room for all of her sisters' babies and even witnessed Kylie being born, so does that mean everyone will be in her delivery room?
"I think I have to talk to Tristan about this because I know it's overwhelming," Khloe said, adding that her mom would be the first of the family to be given permission to be present.
"And then whoever won't annoy me the least," she added. "Whoever's gonna be the calmest, I can deal with."
"So they're all gonna come to Cleveland to be there at a moment's notice to be in the delivery room?" Kimmel asked.
"Watch out, Ohio," Khloe responded with a smile.
