Lady Gaga may soon make it to the top of another chart -- 'cuz she's currently #2 on TIME mag's 100 most influential people in the world poll.
Fans have until April 29th to vote online for the leaders, artists, innovators and icons who they feel has the most profound effect on the world. Ahead of Miss "Poker Face" is South Korean ice skating gold medalist Kim Yu-Na, with Iranian opposition leader Mir-Hossein Mousavi in third place.
Apparently, it's Lady Gaga's world and Obama & Oprah (currently #18 and #52, respectively) are just living in it.
