Dancing is a full-time gig for Karina Smirnoff, Audrina Patridge and Brandy -- who all hit up the red carpet for Ubisoft's "Just Dance 2" launch party.
Some of the "Dancing with the Stars" girls were even spotted playing the Wii game inside the bash, which was also attended by "Modern Family's" Ariel Winter and "Step Up 3D" star Rick Malambri.
