Kelly Preston has given birth -- and she and John Travolta are now the proud parents of a baby boy.
Little Benjamin was born yesterday in a Florida hospital, weighing 8lbs, 3oz.
"John, Kelly and their daughter Ella Bleu are ecstatic and very happy about the newest member of the family. Both mother and baby are healthy and doing beautifully," they tell PEOPLE.
The family lost son Jett at age 16 in 2009 after a fatal seizure.
