Everybody loved the "Glee" version of "Bills, Bills, Bills" last night after the Super Bowl -- including the song's writer, "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kandi Burruss!
"I was smiling from the inside out watching it. I loved it! Anytime someone performs a song that I helped create it makes me really proud," says Kandi of Darren Criss and The Warblers' performance.
Burruss adds "Glee did a great job on their vocal arrangements. I really liked how the background singers were singing all the instrumental parts except for one drum sound. That was really hot!"
Not only did she like it, but Kandi stands to make a profit off the single -- replying to a Twitter fan who asked if she got paid by tweeting "yes. writer's always get paid a license fee when their music is used in tv & film. even if its just background music u barely hear."
