It's a boy for Cynthia Nixon!
The "Sex and the City" star's fiancee, Christine Marinoni, gave birth to the couple's first son together, Max Ellington Nixon-Marinoni, yesterday in L.A. -- according to UsMagazine.com.
Cynthia has two children, Samantha and Charles, from her previous relationship with photographer Danny Mozes.
Marinoni and Nixon have been together since 2004. They announced their engagement in 2009.
