Halle Berry hit the red carpet for the first time since her custody battle erupted -- and she made sure she looked goooood.
Halle looked stunning in a gorgeous, see-thru, red Elie Saab gown at the 13th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards -- where she accepted the Lacoste Spotlight Award.
Halle recently scored a victory in her custody war with Gabriel Aubry, when a judge gave her the green light to go across country with her daughter, Nahla, to shoot "New Year's Eve."
