It's another girl for "30 Rock" star Tina Fey!
The 41-year-old actress and husband Jeffrey Richmond gave birth to a second daughter on Wednesday, Penelope Athena Richmond -- according to PEOPLE.
The couple, who married in 2001, also have a 5-year-old daughter Alice.
Fey announced her pregnancy to Oprah back in April, saying at the time "My husband and I really decided that we felt rather than risk having 30 Rock end in several years and feeling like part of our family is missing that we were going to prioritize our family."
