Two days after being hit in the mouth by a wild elbow at a dance club in Paris, Wood popped up for the first time in public since the accident today -- sporting a visible cut around her lips.
Wood, who just turned 24, showed off her battle wounds today at a press conference for "The Ides of March" in Toronto, where she told reporters "It's hilarious now. But ... I don't recommend it. It's not fun. I'm never going to forget it."
