Sarah Michelle Gellar was back on daytime TV this morning -- returning to the soap opera that gave her her first big break, "All My Children."
This morning, SMG returned as a delusional patient of Pine Valley Hospital -- one who believes she is the daughter of Erica Kane.
As AMC fans know, Gellar actually did play Kane's daughter, Kendall Hart, from 1993-1995. The role is currently played by another actress, Alicia Minshew.
"Buffy" fans will get a laugh from the scene too, as her character says she saw vampires "before they were trendy."
Today's episode also marked the return of Eva La Rue as Maria Santos. Watch the video above.
The final episode of "All My Children" airs Friday.
